E-PACK TRADE GUIDE

How to Trade Upper Deck E-Pack Cards Safely | RubyCollect

RubyCollect is an independent marketplace for collector-to-collector Upper Deck E-Pack transactions. Sellers provide their own cards; RubyCollect facilitates the protected purchase and trade-evidence review.

Confirm the exact E-Pack card and username

Before buying, confirm the card title, parallel or serial detail, and your exact Upper Deck E-Pack username. E-Pack cards are transferred digitally, so no shipping address is needed for the trade.

Use the marketplace message thread when you need to clarify which card is included. Do not share passwords or account-access codes with another collector.

What happens after payment

For an E-Pack order, the seller completes the trade to the buyer’s stated E-Pack username and records timestamped evidence of the completed trade. Payment remains held while the buyer reviews the submitted trade evidence.

If there is a disagreement about trade evidence, the transaction stays in the protected review process instead of automatically releasing funds.

Keep the trade inside the transaction

Use the order record for the agreed card, buyer username, evidence and communications. That keeps the information needed for review in one place.

Confirm the received card in Upper Deck E-Pack before accepting the trade evidence. Raise a concern through the transaction process if the received card does not match the order.

Frequently asked questions

Does an E-Pack transaction require shipping?

No. E-Pack transfers are digital. The buyer provides their exact E-Pack username instead of a shipping address for the trade.

When is an E-Pack seller paid?

The seller’s payout is held until the trade has been completed and the buyer reviews the submitted trade evidence, subject to the order’s review process.
